What to wear?
What would you suggest people get ready to prepare for the visit?
The first and most important thing is that you need to wear comfortable clothes that don’t mind being wet.
The footwear you wear must be strong and suitable for outdoor use. Do not wear sandals, slip-off shoes open toes, heels or sandals.
Gloves are an excellent idea. You can either bring them or purchase gloves at the cabin during the day.
The Go Ape cabin only accepts cards, whereas Forestry Scotland’s Forestry Scotland car park only accepts cash
Do you think do you think are the best ways to make an entire day out worthThere are a myriad of outdoor activities that you can take part in! The Tweed Valley has award-winning biking trails. You can hire a bicycle at Alpine Bikes. 
There are plenty of trails to hike and places to have the perfect picnic after having mastered Go Ape.Local company Biggar Adventure offers incredible canoe excursions down the River Tweed.
Peebles has a wide range of local cafes and bars as well as Innerleithen has a bike trail that runs along the Tweed river that connects Peebles, Glentress and Innerleithen.
Also, it has excellent river walks and parks for children too.
