An area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is home to the longest tree-to-tree crossing of any Go Ape location. It boasts nearly 1,500m of tree-to-tree crossings along our Challenge course.The Treetop Adventure course helps children and adults to discover their tree legs and increase their climbing confidence.If you are a person who likes to keep your feet on the ground, then you can take in the stunning views from one of our offroad Segways.
It is located in the smallest Area of Outstanding Beauty on mainland Britain, and promises big-time adventure and fun. It’s located just an hour from Birmingham, and is easily accessible from Leicester.
After you have whizzed and climbed your way through the trees, you can explore the forest on one of the many hiking trails. You can rent or bring your bike to explore the many mountain biking and cycling trails.
You’ll find something for everyone, from relaxing family rides through the beautiful valleys to the single-track Follow the Dog or the Monkey Trail. There’s also a playground and a trail for children with Gruffolo statue, three bears chairs and fairy trees, as well as a walking path.
Do you need more steam? You can bring a ball to play in the large grassy clearing or picnic area. If you’re looking for a delicious meal and a refreshing drink, the Birches Valley Cafe is a great place to grab one. You can bring your dog along – there is even an activity trail!
