Wendover Woods are full of color and budding wildlife. They even have the rare firecrest, which is the smallest bird in Europe. Our most exciting spot is the Chiltern Hills, where you can sit in peace. Treetop Challenge to date. This crossing is challenging and will be memorable.
The Treetop Adventure It packs a punch, too. This course is officially one of the most challenging adventure courses. It features 429m of high rope crossings, and an incredible 85-metre zipwire finale.

Wendover Woods, where you will find Go Ape Wendover, is the perfect combination of vibrant scenery with stunning views over Oxford and London.

The Forest Centre is close to completing a multi-million-pound redevelopment. A brand new cafe will open, offering stunning views of the Chiltern.

This 325-hectare forest has many things to offer. One of the trails leads to the rare firecrest, which is one of Europe’s smallest bird species.

Nordic Walking is a new way to walk. Ridgeway Nordic Walking offers sessions at Wendover that are suitable for all abilities.

You can explore the area on two wheels if you’d prefer. Bring your bikes and join the family cycling trail. The trail is well-surfaced and has some climbs as well as descents.

Want to know more? You can enjoy orienteering and the Zog Activity Trail. Gruffalo sculpture is also available. Running trails are also available. If you arrive at 9am on Saturday, you can participate in the weekly parkrun.
