Go Ape – Temple Newsam – Leeds
Information about the Attraction – Go Ape Leeds
We are pleased to welcome you to the West Yorkshire’s first high-ropes experience. This is also the beginning of a triple-whammy of aerial adventures.
You can do it! Get up and get ready for the Treetop Challenge course. It’s essential for the Tarzan Swing and tree-to-tree zips, as well as the free-falling Plummet.
If you are over 1.2m tall and more than 6 years old, head over to the Treetop Adventure plus. You have the option to choose how far you are willing to go on this course.
The Treetop Adventure course is a great way to introduce little explorers to tree-totree crossings and amazing zips.
Go Ape Temple Newsam has a stately atmosphere despite its being only four miles from Leeds centre.
You’ll feel like Lord & Lady when you live on estate grounds, which include a beautiful 500-year-old country home and stunning woodlands.
The best thing about this course is the fact that, no matter how difficult the obstacles may be, the permanent belay is still reassuring. Once you are hooked, it’s over for the duration. You just need to have fun.
Once you are done, take off the harness and walk over to The Manor House. This Tudor-Jacobean mansion is a true masterpiece and has been described as one the most beautiful stately homes in Britain.
The concept for grassland, forests, views, and vistas was created by the famous “Capability” Brown.
Enjoy a relaxing picnic in the Georgian walled garden or lakeside garden. You can also stop by the Tea Rooms to grab a bite to eat. There’s also a gift shop if you like to shop.
Temple Newsam also houses an award-winning rare breed conservation facility, which is one the most loved family attractions in Leeds.
